“Had a great first class! I liked that it is a small class because we had no idea what we were doing and Bayley did a wonderful job explaining and correcting our form to ensure we were doing it right.”

Who trains here
Sessions stay intentionally small, so you get individualized cueing and the kind of personal attention a bigger studio cannot give you. Intimate by design.

The ratio is the product. Bayley cues you by name through every set, and nobody is waiting on a reformer.

Three of the reviews above were written after somebody's first ever Pilates class. Mauro recommends the studio “to everyone, both males and females”.

Bayley found Pilates after a serious accident and multiple injuries of her own. Functional strength, mobility, injury rehabilitation and nervous-system-informed training, modified in the moment rather than written in advance.
New to this
Fifty minutes, low impact, and nothing about it requires you to already be strong or flexible.
A carriage running on springs that can either add resistance or hold your weight for you. The same apparatus makes a movement harder for one person and possible for another.
Fifty minutes of controlled movement, with no jumping and no loading a spine that is not ready for it. The work goes into strength, alignment and mobility rather than sweat volume.
Mat is bodyweight on the floor, core-led, eight to ten people. Equipment adds the reformer, springboard, Spinefitter, spine corrector and chair, and is capped at four.
Bayley reads how you actually move, and what hurts, before you ever share a room. That is the assessment, not a taster class.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. What clients describe is close to it: one reviewer, a working hairstylist, wrote that it felt “like physical therapy” after her wrist, neck, back and collarbone pain settled. If you are under a clinician’s care, tell Bayley and she will program around what they have told you.
Private, duet, semi-private
Everything runs 50 minutes. New clients start with a private intro or a beginner equipment class before joining any duet or semi-private equipment session. Mat sessions run to eight to ten people.

Where everyone starts.
50 minutes, one to one. Bayley reads how you move, works around what hurts, and sets your starting point. Required before any equipment class. $75, or $300 for the three-session intro pack.

The whole hour, yours.
Reformer, springboard, Spinefitter, spine corrector and chair, programmed for your body that day. Available in studio, virtually, or at your home. $130, or from $115 a session in packs.

Bring one person.
Two of you, one instructor, the same hands-on cueing. Works well for couples, friends training together, or a parent and an adult child. $75.

Three or four of you. No more.
Reformers, springboards and props, with modifications called out individually. Currently Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00am. $45 drop-in, or from $40 a session in packs.
The other way in.
Learn the reformer and springboard properly, in a group, before joining a semi-private. The alternative entry route if you would rather not start one to one.
Meet our Corekeeper

Certified Pilates Specialist, Injury Recovery Mentor. 20+ years of Pilates, nearly a decade teaching.
Bayley started as a gymnast, a dancer and an acrobat in Las Vegas’s Les Folies Bergère. A serious accident and multiple injuries ended that chapter, and Pilates was how she got her body back.
She now specializes in adaptive programming: functional strength, mobility, injury rehabilitation and nervous-system-informed training, for athletes and for people navigating recovery alike. She teaches every session on the schedule, which means the person who learns your injury this week is the person coaching you next week.
“Plant intention, grow strength, move with purpose.”

Terracotta plaster walls, arched mirrors over the reformer floor, gold-framed vintage Pilates patent drawings and warm low light. Reformers, springboards, a Spinefitter, a spine corrector and a Balanced Body chair. Mauro put it better than we can: “Hands down Coolest looking Pilates studio I’ve been in!”

Location
One client’s year
Her wrists, neck, back and legs were stiffening and getting painful, on top of a collarbone injury. She started coming to classes in March: small groups, hands-on correction, and a session that was never the same twice. In her words, “the best part about her techniques always different every time I join classes”.
“Every single one of my body and muscles that were in pain and stiff is now gone.” She sleeps better, she moves better, and her neck finally sits straight.
“She is my mental and physical therapy. I feel safe and trust her.”
- Hannah, hairstylist. Training here since March.

Beyond the intro
Everyone starts one to one, and plenty of clients stay there. Fifty minutes of Bayley’s whole attention, programmed around what your body is doing that week rather than around a plan written in advance.
Every private starts with the same intro assessment. Book that, and tell Bayley what you are working with. Virtual and in-home sessions are arranged by message rather than booked online.
